Marie did an amazing job with our German Shepherd mix, Penny. We did a 2 week board and train, and Penny learned so much in those 2 weeks. Before the training, she was reactive towards other dogs in a lot of situations. At the park, on walks, and on a leash in public places. We are now able to play fetch at the park and she ignores other dogs (ball is life). We can take her on walks and out in public places (she did great at the farmers market). Most importantly, Marie trained us how to handle and continue training our dog. She taught us about Penny’s personality and how to advocate for her and we walked away with confidence to continue training. While Penny is still a handful, Marie is always a text away when we have a question. I highly recommend Marie and the Pack Perfect K9 team for any of your dog training or boarding needs, she is so educated on training and is Reno’s dog whisperer.

I’m so thankful a friend of mine told me about Marie. She saved us! We rescued a male lab/pit cross who ended up having several issues. I had tried 3 well meaning trainers, but still felt frazzled with the results and didn’t want to give up. Marie has a tenacity you don’t see very often, and completely transformed how we work with our dog “Doug”, recognizing the triggers before his behavior escalates, as well as how to calm him when he has triggered. TBTE and the Conditioned Relaxation Response have been HUGE!!

We recently rescued a pit bull. Hadn't really worked with a trainer before, so Marie has really taught us what it means to incorporate a true rescue dog into our family. Without her, our new dude may have just been another statistic. Her unusual ability to customize a plan that worked for us saved us all. I can't say enough about how grateful we are. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. The Perception Modification Techniques are what have made the transition so successful. Thank You Again For What You Do!

"What an amazing experience we had with Marie! From start to finish she helped us out. We had a hard time saying goodbye to our pup for the two week board and train but in return received a well trained pup. Marie, sent texts and video to keep us updated on our pups progress. If you're on the fence about this training (like my husband was), just commit and do it, you will not regret it."

"Our Julip went for the one week training and Marie was amazing! This gave us a great foundation to continue with her from here forward! The training she received one on one and the follow-up my husband and I received is the perfect recipe for a wonderful relationship between us and our Julip!"

Marie was amazing with our two old English bulldog puppies! They are so well behaved now. We are so thankful we found her! Thank you!!"

"Marie is WONDERFUL!!! She spent so much time figuring Charley out, what he is most comfortable with, and best to work with him. He clearly had a fun time, and learned so much! He is much calmer in the car now, he follows commands about 90% of the time (we're working on the other 10%, but he doesn't distract near as easily as before!) and he is a much nicer "brother" to his kitty siblings in the house! The follow up and ongoing assistance is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much!"

"Marie volunteers at the SPCA of Northern Nevada where I'm currently employed. She has been working with one of our more troubled dogs, Skip. I'm always fascinated with how she works, and how much progress our little Skip has made in such a short amount of time. We are lucky to have her, and it's always a good day for the animals when she shows up!"

"Marie volunteered at our local shelter in Tucson. She was there 7 days a week helping get the dogs walked and work on their basic obedience to help them get adopted faster. She worked with one of our long term dogs Bob daily until he got adopted. Bob left to a home with a bunch of new skills to help him stay in his new home. She truly cares about the dogs she works with and is always willing to learn more dogs body language and the different training styles."
